These Website Terms govern your use of the allmi website.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.
2. What allmi does
allmi is a remote AI systems consultancy for established small businesses.
The website provides information about the allmi AI Efficiency Assessment and implementation services such as custom apps, websites, automations, knowledge systems and process improvements.
Website content is general information. It is not legal, financial, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.
3. Fit Check and Fit Call
The Fit Check helps allmi determine whether an enquiry appears suitable.
Submitting a Fit Check:
- does not create a client relationship
- does not oblige allmi to accept the enquiry
- does not constitute an agreement for paid services
- does not include an audit or personalised recommendations
Suitable enquiries may be invited to a free 20-minute Fit Call.
The Fit Call is for qualification, scope and mutual fit. It is not a free audit and does not include personalised recommendations or deliverables that form part of a paid service.
4. Paid services
Paid services are governed by a separate proposal, quotation, scope of work or client agreement.
That agreement may specify:
- scope and deliverables
- price and payment terms
- timing
- client responsibilities
- implementation requirements
- intellectual property
- changes to scope
- cancellation or termination
- service-specific limitations
If these Website Terms conflict with an accepted client agreement relating to paid work, the client agreement takes precedence for that work.
5. Pricing
The canonical public price of the standard allmi AI Efficiency Assessment is US$395.
GBP and ZAR amounts displayed by the website are approximate exchange-rate equivalents for convenience.
Larger or more complex businesses may require a broader assessment and will be quoted separately before work begins.
Implementation work is scoped and quoted separately.
6. AI Efficiency Assessment
The assessment reviews how work is currently carried out and identifies practical opportunities worth considering.
Implementation is not included unless expressly agreed separately.
If allmi cannot identify at least three credible and relevant opportunities worth testing through the standard assessment, the assessment fee will be refunded.
This guarantee does not guarantee:
- savings
- revenue
- productivity improvements
- adoption
- implementation success
- the performance or continued availability of third-party software
- any particular business result
7. Assessment credit
The standard assessment fee may be credited towards an allmi implementation project of US$900 or more approved within 30 days after the assessment, subject to the applicable proposal.
The credit is not redeemable for cash.
8. AI and third-party services
AI models, software, APIs and third-party platforms can produce errors, change functionality, alter pricing or become unavailable.
allmi does not control these services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, accuracy or performance.
Important business decisions should remain subject to appropriate human judgement and review.
9. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the allmi website, original copy, branding, graphics and other original website materials belong to or are licensed to allmi.
You may use the website for normal personal or internal business-information purposes.
You may not, without permission or another lawful basis:
- republish substantial parts of the website
- sell or commercially exploit its content
- present allmi content as your own
- misuse the allmi name or branding
- reproduce protected material for commercial distribution
Intellectual-property rights relating to client work are dealt with separately in the relevant client agreement.
10. Information you submit
You are responsible for information you submit through the website.
Please do not knowingly submit:
- confidential information you are not authorised to disclose
- passwords or access credentials
- malicious code
- unnecessary special personal information
- unlawful material
- material that infringes another person's rights
Personal information is handled in accordance with the allmi Privacy Policy.
11. Acceptable use
You may not:
- attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems
- interfere with website security or operation
- introduce malware
- bypass access controls
- impersonate another person
- submit deliberately fraudulent information

12. Website availability and accuracy
allmi takes reasonable care to keep the website available and accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Website information may change or become outdated, particularly where it relates to technology, AI services, exchange rates or third-party products.
Final commercial terms will be confirmed in the applicable proposal or agreement.
13. Electronic communications
Communications with allmi may take place electronically.
Submitting a Fit Check, sending an email or participating in a Fit Call does not by itself create an agreement for paid services.
Where South African legislation gives a consumer rights relating to an electronic transaction, including rights concerning cooling-off periods, disclosure, cancellation or refunds, nothing in these terms removes those rights.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
Where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies, these terms must be interpreted consistently with that Act.
Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence or any other liability that South African law does not allow to be excluded.
15. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, allmi is not responsible for loss arising solely from:
- treating general website information as personalised professional advice
- third-party services or websites outside allmi's control
- temporary website unavailability
- unauthorised or unlawful use of the website
- circumstances outside allmi's reasonable control
Liability relating to a paid service is governed primarily by the applicable client agreement and applicable law.
16. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the allmi Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
17. Complaints
Questions or complaints can be sent to:
Nothing prevents you from exercising a right to approach a regulator, ombud, tribunal or court where South African law permits it.
18. South African law
These terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Subject to any statutory right to use another forum, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of a South African court with jurisdiction over the matter.
19. General
If part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
A failure by allmi to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.
allmi may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the website with its latest update date.
