Our story
Drift began with a simple idea: bake the bread here, make the pastries by hand and create a place where the neighbourhood can slow down for a while.
We work with quality ingredients, long ferments and a seasonal point of view. The result is an everyday café that takes the details seriously without taking itself too seriously.
